ALL RATES ARE BASED ON TWO-ADULT OCCUPANCY. AN ADDITIONAL RATE OF $5.00 PER PERSON WILL BE CHARGED FOR ADDITIONAL ADULTS
EACH SITE IS ALLOWED 2 CHILDREN 11 AND UNDER. AN ADDITIONAL RATE OF $5.00 PER CHILD WILL BE CHARGED FOR ADDITIONAL CHILDREN.

Experience the Very Best in Fishing!
Putnam County is home to 3 of the “Top 10” bass fisheries in Florida – the St. Johns River, Crescent Lake and Rodman Reservoir. Rodman also made #14 of the top 100 most productive bass fisheries in the nation by Bassmaster Magazine (2013).
Known as the “Bass Capital of the World”, Putnam County also offers a list of other freshwater and saltwater or brackish-water fishing. Freshwater species include the largemouth bass, black crappie (speckled perch), bluegill, shell cracker, warmouth and catfish. Saltwater species include red fish, flounder, sea trout and tarpon. Shrimp migrate up the brackish water during the summer months and striped bass can be caught mostly during the fall and winter months.
During your stay with us, be sure to experience Putnam County’s old Florida charm and join in celebrating our heritage at one of our many festivals – The Florida Azalea Festival, St. Johns River Catfish Festival, Blue Crab Festival or Blueberry Festival, just to name a few. Tour historic homes and churches built in the 1800’s. Don’t miss the Palatka Mural Tour, featuring more than 30 larger-than-life artistic renderings that depict the historical, cultural and natural riches of Putnam County.

Our MISSION is to provide our guests with a beautiful, clean and quiet oasis. We strive to provide a serene, relaxed ambience and instill a sense of well-being and enliven the senses. Our on-site managers and staff provide a safe, pretty and well-maintained property for our long-term residents, seasonal visitors and short-term guests. We endeavor to provide a caring and friendly environment, achieving this goal through ongoing hard work and dedication.

We are a pet friendly campground and allow both cats and dogs into our park when they are accompanied by responsible pet owners. Dogs and cats must be on a leash anytime they are outside of the guest’s rig. No pet, at any time may be left outside unattended. You must walk your pets in the designated areas, never in the other guests areas. Pets are not allowed in any of the common use facilities.
